This free CPD event for Vets and Nurses will be held at our Sunderland Hospital on Thursday 26th November 2026.

The evening will begin with a practical talk on performing a diagnostic ophthalmic examination in first-opinion practice. We’ll cover the best techniques for using your ophthalmic equipment, key findings to look out for, and guidance on when referral is appropriate.

The second part of the evening offers a hands-on opportunity to visit our dispensary, discuss ophthalmic medications with members of our team, and practise fundic examinations and tonometry using our equipment.
